All jewelry sold on Mikisi is crafted in fine sterling silver and gold. Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in color and finish may occur due to photography and screen settings.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery is 8–10 business days. Shipping is free on every order with full tracking provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. To initiate a return contact hello@mikisi.co with your order number.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
